

Why would I want to pay money to Sage when they have confirmed to me that their system records no order from me? I phoned my bank and asked them to cancel the pending transaction.

I asked, given they do not have an order from me, why are they looking to take payment? They said wait a week and see if the money is taken. I phoned Sage Customer Services and explained my predicament, they confirmed that their IT system showed that I had not placed any orders.

When I checked my bank I could see that Sage were due to take payment for the order that I thought I had placed. I logged in to my Sage account the next day and it showed no orders had been made by me. I though it was strange that I received no confirmatory email after making payment, but thought there may be a delay in getting confirmation. I placed an order through Sage's website totalling approximately £1500. I strongly advise against ordering online from this company.
